I used mine first after I ate a really big burger, which made me feel full and fat, lol!! But when I drank the Rebootizer, it actually made all that go away. I felt pretty much like before I had eaten the burger, besides my somewhat full stomach :) The second one I used was after we had gone camping, and we had eaten steaks and potatoes and had drank some beers. When we got home early the next morning, I drank a Rebootizer and I almost instantly felt great like I had slept at home in my bed and had a good breakfast. I really like the packaging as well, where it has the water in a separate compartment than the actual vitamins and minerals. They say it's because when vitamins are left in liquid, they can become less potent, and also when they are in pill form. So doing it the way they do it help to keep the vitamins and minerals potent and active all the way to your cells! When you squeeze the bottom and mix the two compartments, it activates the drink, and then you've got to drink it right away!
